Adinkra Kerapa

The Adinkra symbols of Ghana West Africa are  a symbolic language, originally used on cloth, to express certain social and spiritual beliefs. This hand pulled image was originally designed for greeting cards. Two symbols have been combined here, the Kerapa which symbolizes spiritual strength and the Gye Nyame symbolizing the Omnipotent God.
